Our Price Match Guarantee
To ensure Roman Scaffolding Limited are offering the most competitive prices, we offer a Price Match Guarantee*. If you have obtained a cheaper price from one of our competitors for the exact same scope of scaffolding works, then we will match it.
How to apply for a Price Match Guarantee:
You can either fill out the form, or e-mail through the details for the Price Match Guarantee to scaffolding@romanscaffolding.co.nz. Any attachments of relevant quotes or additional information can also be emailed through to this address.
We will then review the other quote details/supporting information, and confirm via email whether the Price Match Guarantee applies.
By requesting a Price Match, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions below.
Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: Our Pirce Match Guarantee applies to identical services offered by competitors within our specified geographical area of service. The competitor’s service must be available for purchase at the time of the price match.
- Competitor Location: The competitor must operate from New Zealand and deal in New Zealand Currency.
- Only valid for jobs within the Auckland Region.
- Verification: To request a price match, customers must provide proof of the competitor’s current advertisement or offer. This can include a printed or digital advertisement, website URL, or a written quote from the competitor.
- Inclusions of Costs: The price match applies to the competitor’s final price, including gst, delivery charges, hire charges, weekly job checks and any other fees or charges.
- Pricing Errors: In cases of pricing errors on our part or the competitor’s part, we reserve the right to refuse a price match request. We will not match prices for final products or services that have been incorrectly priced due to typographical errors or other inaccuracies.
- Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of price match requests, as well as the final interpretation of these terms and conditions. Our decision on price match requests is final. Final offers of price match will be at the discretion of the Roman Scaffolding Limited Team. All offers shall be confirmed via an e-mail trail to prevent any misunderstanding. Roman Scaffolding Limited will not agree to a Price Match Guarantee if in its sole discretion it considers it may make a loss on a job.
- Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other promotional materials. The Price Match Guarantee may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Roman Scaffolding Limited’s usual terms and conditions of trade.
- Additional Work: Once Roman Scaffolding Limited have confirmed a Price Match Guarantee, and the job is underway, any additional works requested by the client do not qualify for further price matches.
- Price Timing: The competitors quote must have been issued within the last 30 days.
- The Price Match Guarantee is only applicable before Roman Scaffolding Limited has started a new job for a client (not applicable if Roman Scaffolding Limited have already started a job for a client and no Price Match Guarantee has been preapproved).
- Work Commencement Time: If Roman Scaffolding Limited confirms a Price Match Guarantee with a client and has sent the final quote, any works relating to the Price Match Guarantee must be carried out within 90 days of the quote being issued (before the quote expiry date).
- Scaffolding Product/s: The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Fixed or Mobile Scaffolding Towers.
- Value of Works: The Price Match Guarantee is only valid for jobs with a value of at least $1500 including gst
